Dues & Tuition

Dues for the Children’s Choirs for the 2025/26 season are:

$150 - Full Season
$25 - Each additional child from the same family

Members and children for whom the cost is prohibitive are encouraged to submit a Membership Dues Assistance Form to the Chorale Treasurer.

Rehearsals

Regular rehearsals are Monday nights from 5:15 pm to 6:30 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Rehearsals for the 2025/26 season began Monday September 8, 2025.

Membership Contract

Children’s Choir members are asked to submit a copy of the Membership Contract at their first rehearsal. It should be signed by the singer and their parent or guardian. The contract outlines the expectations of participating in the choir, including attendance, behavior, and concert dress; and also serves as a medical release and release of information for publicity purposes.

Handbook

The Dubuque Chorale Children’s Choir Handbook covers everything choir members and parents need to know about the organization: Contact information; rehearsal schedules, expectations, and weather cancellation policy; organization history and mission; tuition and scholarship policy; what to bring to rehearsals and wear to concerts; and code of conduct; and a full season calendar of rehearsals and concerts.

Membership Contract	Members are asked to submit a signed copy of this contract at their first rehearsal.
Children’s Choir Volunteer Contract	Please fill out and submit this contract if you intend to provide services to the members of the Children’s Choir.
Handbook	The handbook gives a welcome to the organization, and covers topics like dues, attendance, and concert attire.
Strategic Plan	The Strategic Plan defines goals and objectives for the next five years in order to achieve our mission.
By-Laws	The Dubuque Chorale’s by-laws are the operating manual of the organization. The Board encourages the members of the Chorale to be familiar with them.
